PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur built the HKI Mobile app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible at HKI Mobile unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Location and facial images captured for employee attendance. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this Privacy Policy.
The app may use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Google Play Services
Face ID and Facial Data
Face ID for Authentication
HKI Mobile provides Apple Face ID as an authentication option for authorized employees.
Face ID authentication is performed through Apple's iOS authentication framework. HKI Mobile does not collect, access, receive, store, transmit, or share biometric data, facial templates, or other facial data processed by Apple Face ID.
HKI Mobile only receives the authentication result from iOS indicating whether the authentication was successful or unsuccessful.
Therefore, biometric information used by Apple Face ID for login is never transmitted to or stored on PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur's servers.
Facial Images for Employee Attendance
PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur requires employees to use a facial selfie as part of the employee attendance process.
When an employee records attendance through HKI Mobile, the application uses the device camera to capture the employee's facial image. The attendance process may also use face and liveness detection, including a blink action, to verify that a valid facial image is being captured.
The captured facial image is used solely for employee attendance verification, recording, and administration.
Facial images collected for employee attendance are separate from and are not derived from biometric information used by Apple Face ID.
Storage of Facial Data
Facial images captured for employee attendance and related attendance records are stored on PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur's local/on-premise company servers.
Apple Face ID biometric data is never transmitted to or stored on these servers.
Use and Sharing of Facial Data
Facial images collected through the employee attendance feature are used internally by PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur solely for employee attendance verification, recording, and administration.
Facial images collected for employee attendance are not shared with third parties.
Apple Face ID biometric information is not collected by HKI Mobile and therefore is not shared with third parties.
Retention and Deletion of Facial Data
Facial images collected for employee attendance are retained for the duration of the employee's employment with PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur.
Following the end of the employee's employment relationship with PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur, the facial images and associated attendance data are deleted in accordance with PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur's applicable internal data retention and deletion procedures.
HKI Mobile does not retain Apple Face ID biometric data because such biometric data is never collected or stored by HKI Mobile.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

Facial images collected for employee attendance are not shared with third-party service providers and are stored on PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur's local/on-premise company servers.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
